7.1 Voluntary Account Closure

Where an account is suspended or closed by bagi vip due to a Terms breach or confirmed fraud, any remaining balance may be withheld pending investigation. bagi vip will communicate the reason for any account action to the affected player where it is legally and operationally permissible to do so.

8.1 Platform Availability

bagi vip endeavours to maintain continuous platform availability but does not guarantee uninterrupted access to its services. 8.2 Betting and Gaming Outcomes

bagi vip is not liable for the outcome of any bet or game. All sports betting odds and casino game results are determined by independent processes — either by the outcomes of real-world sporting events or by certified random number generators operated by bagi vip's game studio partners. bagi vip accepts no liability for any loss of funds resulting from a player's betting or gaming decisions.

8.3 Technical Errors

In the event of a technical error, system malfunction, or software bug that results in the incorrect display of odds, incorrect crediting of winnings, or any other erroneous transaction, bagi vip reserves the right to void the affected bet or transaction and restore account balances to their correct pre-error state. bagi vip will not honour payouts that result from technical errors, regardless of whether funds have been credited to the player's account.

8.4 Maximum Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, bagi vip's total aggregate liability to any player arising from or in connection with these Terms, whether in contract, tort, or otherwise, shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player into their bagi vip account in the 30 days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

8.5 Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless bagi vip and its affiliates, directors, employees, agents, and service providers from and against any claims, damages, penalties, losses, costs, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from or related to your use of the bagi vip platform, your breach of these Terms, or your violation of any applicable law or third-party right.
